Körung szabályzat

A Körung, azaz a tenyészállat kiválasztás értelme:

A tenyésztéshez kiemelten javasolt, valamint a tenyésztéshez ajánlott kutyák kiválasztása. Elősegíteni egy egységes tenyészirányzatot és emelni a munkakutya tenyésztés értékét.

Nevezési feltételek:
érvényes FCI származási lap
szemvizsgálat
betöltött 2 éves kor
legfeljebb a tenyészthetőségi határidőig teljesíthető /kanoknál 10 év, szukáknál 8 év/
német tenyészalkalmassági vizsga /ZTP/
két kiállítási eredmény kitűnő vagy nagyon jó minősítéssel, két különböző bírótól
legalább IPO 1-es munkavizsga bizonyítvány
teljesített kitartás próba /ADPr/
a kutya tulajdonosának FCI által elismert klubhoz kell tartoznia
a jelentkezéssel a körung szabályzat ismertté válik
a jelentkező nyomatékosan kijelenti, hogy kutyájának nincs ismert tenyésztési és használhatósági hibája, különös tekintettel: terméketlenségre, részleges nemzőképtelenségre, agy-, ideg- és szembetegségre

A Körung szervezése
A körungokat a Német Dobermann Klub /DV/, központi rendezvényként /Zentralkörung/ szervezi, melyeket a gyakorlati levezetésével egyik tartományi csoportját /Landesgruppe/ bízza meg.
A gazdasági felelős mindig a központi klub. A körungokat lehetőség szerint Németország területén felváltva egyszer délen, egyszer északon kell megszervezni. A körung helyét és idejét, a nevezési határidőt az Unsere Dobermann című havi szaklapban közzé kell tenni. Ezzel egy időben a vizsga felelősét is meg kell nevezni, akihez a nevezést kell küldeni. Nevezésnek legkésőbb 3 héttel a vizsga előtt meg kell érkeznie. Nevezési díj: 50 Euro.
A körung csak akkor tartható meg, ha a nevezési határidő lejártáig legalább 15 kutya jelentkezik. Magasabb nevezési létszám esetén még egy nap beiktatható, a maximális létszám 30 kutya.
A vizsga felelősének kell gondoskodnia a körung zavartalan lebonyolításáról. Feladata a nevezett kutyák papírjainak ellenőrzése, a pálya alkalmasságának ellenőrzése, a különböző segédeszközök megléte stb. Egy próba kutyáról is gondoskodnia kell.
A körung érvényessége: az első körung kanoknál két évig érvényes, szukáknál három év. Ezután ismét fel kell őket vezetni és ennek teljesítésekor a tenyészthetőségi idejük lejártáig /zuchtverwendungsfähigen Alters - ZVA/ kapják a minősítést. Az első körung érvényességi határidő lejárta után a minősítés hatályát veszti. Azok a dobermannok, melyek betegség vagy sérülés miatt nem tudnak az ismételt körungon a határidő lejártáig megjelenni, azok a következő évben még résztvehetnek a körungon. Orvosi igazolás szükséges. /csak állatklinikai az elfogadott/
Azok a kutyák, melyek az első körungot /Erstkörung/ nem tudták teljesíteni, lehetőségük van hat hónap eltelte után ismét jelentkezni. /Zweitkörung/ További próbálkozásra nincs lehetőség. Hasonlóan a körungot megvédőknek /ZVA/ is csak egy lehetőség van az ismétlésre.
A tenyésztési bizottság tagjait /Körkommission/ a bírói testület nevezi meg. A körungon való bírálatot a tenyésztési bizottság végzi. A tenyésztési bizottság két tenyészbíróból /Körmeister/ és egy teljesítménybíróból /Körrichter/ áll. A körung főfelelőse a Körmeister. A tenyésztési bizottság jelöli ki a körung örző-védő segédjét.

A Körung gyakorlati levezetése:
A körung kezdetekor a felvezető kutyájával a Körmeister-nél jelentkezik. A vizsga felelőse egyértelműen beazonosítja a felvezetett kutyát. Ezután kezdődik a wesen vizsgálat, amelyet a Körmeister, illetve segítője kutyánként különböző módon vizsgálhat.
Iránymutató a ZTP gyakorlati levezetése. A kutya semmilyen bizonytalanságot nem mutathat. Amelyik kutya ezeknél a feladatoknál érzékenységet mutat, azonnal kizárandó a körungról.
Ezután a körung bírálati papír alapján a küllem vizsgálat következik. A részletes küllem vizsgálat mellett marmagasságot, testhosszúságot, mellkas körméretet, mellkas mélységet, fejhosszúságot, koponya körméretet is vesznek. Ezeknél a vizsgálatoknál a kutyának tűrnie kell az idegen kezeket. Ellenkező esetben a kutyát ki kell zárni a további vizsgáról.
A küllem bírálat után a lövésállóság következik. A felvezető kutyáját kifekteti, és 15-20 lépés távolságra eltávolodik tőle. Ekkor egy kisegítő, egy 6 mm-es, majd egy 9 mm-es kaliberű riasztópisztolyból lövést ad le. A lövésfélő kutya a körungról kizárandó!

Rejtekhelyről való kitámadás:
A segéd elbújik az egyik palánk mögött, amit a kutya nem láthat. A Körmeister utasítására a felvezető, pórázon vezetett kutyájával a palánk irányába halad. Kb. 20 lépés után megáll és lecsatolja a pórázt kutyájáról. Ezután szabadon követésben folytatja útját a palánk felé. /30-40 lépés/ A teljesítmény bíró jelére a segéd kijön a búvóhely mögül, és hangos kiáltással megtámadja a felvezetőt. A kutyának azonnal közbe kell avatkoznia és egy határozott fogással meg kell fognia a segédet. Harc közben a segéd két botütést mér a kutyára, mely nem érheti az érzékeny pontokat. Csak a teljesítmény bíró utasítására fejezheti be a segéd a támadást. A felvezető ereszd vezényszavára a kutyának el kell eresztenie a segédet.

Bátorság próba:
A felvezető kutyájával várakozó állásban van, amikor a segéd kb. száz lépés távolságra, kiabálva menekül. A felvezető rákiált, és utána küldi kutyáját. Amikor a kutya kb. 20 lépésre megközelíti a segédet, a bíró utasítására a segéd megfordul és hangos kiáltással, valamint erősen fenyegető mozdulatokkal megtámadja a kutyát. A kutyának azonnal erős, határozott harapással kell megfognia a segédet. A segéd csak a bíró utasítására fejezheti be a küzdelmet. Ereszd vezényszóra a kutyának el kell eresztenie a segédet és ott kell maradnia őrzésre. Csak a bíró utasítására mehet a felvezető a kutyájához. Csak a keményen és határozottan fogó dobermann mehet át a körung vizsgán.

Minősítések a körungon:
IA IB IIA IIB
Az I-es minősítést kapott kutyák a tenyésztésre különösen javasoltak. Küllemükben és wesen tulajdonságaikban messze az átlag dobermann állomány felett vannak. A gyakorlatban ez azt jelenti, hogy az I-es minősítést szerzett kutya csak kitűnő küllemű lehet. Az A és B minősítés közti eltérés, a wesen tulajdonság megítélésében különbözik.

Körung visszavonás:
Körungot teljesített kutyák, amelyeknél az utódoknál nagy számban öröklődött hibák mutatkoznak, a körung minősítés visszavonható. Hasonlóan, ha a körungot teljesített kutyáról derül ki később, hogy tenyésztési, ill. használhatósági hibája van, szintén a körung minősítés visszavonandó. /lásd. nevezési feltételek/
A körungon kapott minősítés, illetve a visszavonásról hozott döntés ellen fellebbezési lehetőség kizárva.
